Roasted-to-Order Coffee Shipping

All of our coffee is freshly roasted to order to ensure the best possible flavor and aroma in every bag.

Processing Time: Orders are roasted, packaged, and shipped within 2–4 business days of being placed.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Shipping Rates: Standard shipping rates apply unless your order qualifies for free shipping (see below).

Free Shipping on Coffee Orders

We offer free shipping on all coffee-only orders totaling $99 or more (before tax and shipping).

This offer applies to coffee products only.
Apparel and accessories do not qualify for free shipping and will incur separate shipping charges.

Apparel & Accessories Shipping

Our apparel and accessory products are made-to-order and ship directly from our printing and design partners.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time: Typically 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination.
Each apparel or accessory order will ship separately from coffee products to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your package is in transit.

Delays & Exceptions

We strive to meet our stated fulfillment times, but delays may occasionally occur due to:

Supply chain issues or roasting volume surges
Weather or carrier delays
Peak seasonal demand
