Return Policy
We do not accept returns for coffee and/or clothing and accessories. Our products are made-to-order, and are individually packaged and fulfilled.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To be eligible, we must be able to confirm a defect OR an incorrect order being delivered.
Important for Coffee & Roasted-to-Order Items

All coffee is roasted to order for freshness.

Unopened, sealed bags of coffee may be returned within 30 days.

Opened bags cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality or fulfillment issue (e.g., damaged in transit, wrong item shipped).

Taste preference does not qualify as a defect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right—whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (including opened coffee)

Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about your specific item, please reach out.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
